PT Pods – Return & Refund Policy

PT Pods are custom-built, made-to-order modular gym units. Each Pod is manufactured specifically for the customer and requires the immediate purchase of materials and components.
Because of this, our return and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of the product.

1. No Refunds on Custom-Built Pods

Once an order is placed and payment is made, PT Pods immediately purchase materials, components and allocate production time.

For this reason:

All payments for PT Pods are non-refundable.

Pods cannot be returned or refunded once an order has been confirmed.

This applies regardless of:

change of mind

site issues or delays

budget changes

internal business decisions

location changes

project cancellation

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Production Starts

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment only if production and material procurement have not started.
If no materials have been purchased, PT Pods may issue a refund at our discretion.

2.2 After Materials Are Purchased

Once materials or components have been ordered (which may occur immediately after payment):

❌ The order cannot be cancelled.

❌ No refund will be issued.

3. No Returns

Because PT Pods are manufactured to order, returns are not accepted.

Once delivered or installed, a Pod cannot be returned under any circumstances, except in line with our warranty obligations set out below.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

Although refunds are not available, your Pod is covered by a 12-month manufacturing and structural warranty, including:

Frame and structural components

Electrical systems installed by PT Pods

Smart lock technology

Internal fit-out delivered by PT Pods

If a defect is identified, PT Pods will:

Repair the fault, or

Replace the affected component, or

In rare cases, replace the entire Pod

Refunds are not provided as part of warranty claims.

5. Site Readiness & Delivery

Customers must ensure their site meets PT Pods’ installation requirements.
If installation cannot proceed due to site issues:

A re-delivery or re-booking fee may apply

Payments remain non-refundable

6. Damage During Delivery or Installation

PT Pods are responsible for the Pod until handover. Any damage caused during transport or installation will be repaired by PT Pods at no cost.

After handover, responsibility transfers to the customer.
