Mike Mair
Structural engineer turned fitness entrepreneur. Mike built the first PT Pod prototype during lockdown after spotting a gap in how buildings deliver wellness to tenants. He brings a background in subsea installation engineering and project management to the company he founded.
Co-Founder
Richard Mair
A project management consultant with over a decade of experience leading complex engineering projects for BP, Apache, EnQuest and Transocean. Richard oversees the planning and delivery of every pod deployment across the UK.
With a background in accountancy and fintech, Mark manages the financial strategy, reporting and commercial operations that underpin the business. His focus on data-driven decision making keeps PT Pods capital-efficient as the portfolio scales.

Florence leads brand, digital and partnership marketing at PT Pods. She also founded Keziah, a Belfast-based sustainable fashion label, and brings a creative, design-led perspective to everything the brand puts out.

A principal software engineer with over a decade of full-stack experience across fintech, health tech and government. John built the PT Pods technology stack, including the member app, landlord dashboard and IoT access system.

Ross is responsible for the physical build, installation and ongoing maintenance of every pod in the portfolio. He makes sure each unit is delivered on spec, on time and running smoothly from day one.
